KIDDORA TERMS OF USE
Website, product guides, and optional gift club conditions

Welcome to Kiddora. By browsing this website, reading our toy and gift materials, or selecting a Play, Family, or Adventure gift club, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or related services. Written agreements may be required for larger wholesale or party accounts. Kiddora is Australia's favourite toy store based in Melbourne, Victoria, helping families discover high-quality toys that inspire imagination, encourage learning, and create unforgettable moments of happiness.

We keep pricing and feature lists current when possible, but stock availability and seasonal demand can change recommendations. Paid extras beyond a selected gift club layer are explained before they apply. Site text introduces toy categories and club options; it is not formal product certification, medical advice, or a guarantee of developmental outcomes. Some premium gift wraps, party packs, and courier services may carry separate charges.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

This site covers plush animals, educational toys, building blocks, construction sets, puzzles, action figures, dolls, toy cars, remote-controlled vehicles, wooden toys, sensory toys, arts and crafts kits, outdoor play equipment, and occasion gifts. Paid access is confirmed by approval and receipt. Demo forms do not create a binding order until the desk confirms. By continuing to browse or request membership, you confirm legal age for digital consent or guardian approval. Users under sixteen need guardian oversight for purchases. We may refuse access if misuse is suspected. Do not share credentials. Party organisers must confirm authority to agree on behalf of a group. Purchasers should follow age labels and safety instructions. Supervising adults remain responsible for safe play at home. Accounts opened with false information may be closed where permitted by Australian Consumer Law. You agree to provide accurate contact details for orders, recalls, or membership changes.

2. Content and intellectual property

Text, photographs, logos, aisle diagrams, and design elements belong to Kiddora or rights holders. You may view content for personal, non-commercial reading. Republishing menus, gift club cards, articles, or images without permission is prohibited. Editorial and retail work by Olivia Harper and James Mitchell remains our intellectual property unless stated otherwise. Brand names used for comparison belong to their owners. Short personal quotes with attribution are allowed; copying entire guides or bulk scraping is not. Tip contributions grant us a non-exclusive license to edit, display, and archive them. Bots and scrapers are prohibited. Infringement may lead to removal and legal remedies. Product photography is illustrative; packaging may vary by batch. Age guides do not replace manufacturer instructions. Gift club badges and virtual items remain licensed, not sold.

3. Gift clubs, fees, and virtual items

Membership prices and included services appear on the Gifts page and may change with notice. Play unlimited browsing is for reasonable personal use; commercial redistribution may need an Adventure plan. Family and Adventure layers may include shortlists, play reports, and archive credits as described at purchase. Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Pause requests with twenty-four hours notice may be honored when possible. If a refund is offered, the desk’s written confirmation controls. Priority notes are licensed, not sold. Promotion codes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Incorrect prices may be cancelled and corrected. Upgrades may be prorated; downgrades start next period. Failed payments may suspend paid privileges while free browsing remains. Physical toy purchases follow shipping and return terms stated at purchase. Gift wrap and party packs may be non-returnable once prepared. Consumers retain mandatory rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that cannot be excluded for major failures.

4. Products, accuracy, and advice limits

Explain age group, play interests, and accessibility needs so we can recommend suitable toys. We select with care but are not responsible for missed collections, courier delays beyond our control, or unread materials. Guides help you compare options; they do not guarantee happiness outcomes, school performance, or injury prevention. Shopping advice is not medical or educational certification. Always follow age warnings, supervise small parts, and follow manufacturer care labels. Ratings and badges on the site are for engagement only, not official safety certificates. Colour may vary between screens and physical products. Battery-powered toys may ship without batteries unless stated. Recall notices will be handled according to Australian requirements. If a product arrives damaged, contact the desk promptly with order details so we can arrange a remedy. Demo forms do not reserve stock until payment or store confirmation is complete.

5. Acceptable use and conduct on site and in store

Do not disrupt the site, spam forms, or scrape content at scale. Harassment, hate speech, personal data disclosure, account trading ads, and staff impersonation are prohibited. Do not upload malware, bypass payment walls, or flood tools with bots. Violating text may be removed and memberships suspended for repeated misuse. Do not use false identity in support requests. Logs may be retained for lawful investigation. These Terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights. In the Melbourne store, respectful behaviour is required. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult while browsing. Dangerous play with demonstration toys may result in removal from the floor. Photography for commercial use needs prior permission. We reserve the right to refuse service where behaviour threatens staff or other customers. Queuing systems during peak events must be respected.

6. Limitation of liability

Site information is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiddora is not liable for indirect damages including lost shopping time, missed gift windows, device failure, or third-party outages. For paid layers, liability is limited as described in desk notices and confirmations. We do not exclude liability that Australian Consumer Law forbids excluding. For paid services, total liability in twelve months is limited to fees paid for the relevant layer or pack, unless a higher mandatory ceiling applies. We do not promise uninterrupted service. Force majeure, including severe weather affecting deliveries, may delay performance. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where prohibited by law. Where goods fail to meet consumer guarantees, remedies available under Australian law apply. If any clause is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.

7. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms. The current version always appears on this page with an updated date. If a change materially reduces a paid benefit already purchased, we will honor the prior description until the period ends. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts in Melbourne have venue, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Questions may be directed to [email protected], phone +61392241234, or 1 Parliament Square, off, Parliament Pl, Melbourne VIC 3002, Australia during published hours. Thank you for choosing Kiddora, where quality toys, happy children, and unforgettable memories come together. Notices to you may be sent to the email associated with your membership. Notices to us should include your full name, order or membership reference if any, and a clear description of the issue. Surviving clauses after termination include intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law.
